This recipe is a basic recipe for bruschetta, you can add anything you want in this mixture to jazz it up the way you want, such as balsamic vinegar, bocconcini cheese, sundried tomatoes, olives, parmesan cheese, avocados, or even beans.

- 2 Cups Roma Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp Basil, chopped
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp Red Onion minced
