The salad dressings are “Herb Vinaigrette” and “Avocado Dressing”, 2 easy dressings you can use on most any salad. The greatest thing about both of these dressings is you simply add the ingredients to a blender and blend until incorporated. The vibrant color of this salad dressing will naturally move your eyes towards the salad part of the picnic table. The amazing flavor of avocado will shine through this dressing and have your body feeling great eating these healthy fats.
- 2 Avocado’s
- ¼ Cup Cilantro
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Lime or lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, Ground
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil (w/ your dosage of cannabis oil)
- 1/4 Cup Sourcream or Plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Water
Need a quick dressing, and have a blender on hand? This dressing is as simple as throwing all the ingredients in the blender and turning it on. The flavors of the herbs and garlic will help any salad become the talk of the table.
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1⁄4 Cup Basil, fresh
- 2 Tbsp Oregano, fresh
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1⁄2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1⁄4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (w/ your dosage of cannabis oil)
