Lift Cannabis Cooking Recipes
We are happy that we are having the chance to change the perception of edibles from brownies and cookies, to smoothies, sauces, and holiday favorites. The stigma of edibles is that they have to be candy, chocolate, cookies, or some other sugar filled desert. We are trying to change that perception by providing you with healthier alternatives to the pre-made edibles market that’s out there right now.
The Wellness Soldier was first featured on Lift Cannabis when we were contacted to take part in their Patient Voices Series. Which is an amazing series with ongoing stories from real medical cannabis patients. I was able to tell my story of how medical cannabis helps me calm down from my anxiety from military tours outside the country. Please Click Here To Read The Wellness Soldier’s Patient Voices Series.
After talking with Lift Cannabis for my patient voices series we came up with a great idea to create some Lift Cannabis Cooking Recipes. I am a red seal chef and the one thing I really enjoy about cannabis cooking is that you get to create your own meals and get back to having fun with cooking again!!
Our newest recipes include Apple Crisp, Braised Lamb Shanks, and Creme Brulee. Please click on the pictures to be taken to the recipes 🙂
The first of our Lift Cannabis Cooking Recipes was a simple, yet, good for you morning smoothie.
You can find the Lift Cannabis Cooking Recipes for the Super Green Smoothie or by clicking the picture above.
The second of the Lift Cannabis Cooking Recipes was an infused Cranberry and Sage Stuffing. We were contacted by Lift Cannabis a few days before thanksgiving and asked if we could create a thanksgiving recipe. Well, who doesn’t love a stuffing recipe with Bacon, Cranberries, and Cashews in it 🙂
Our third Lift Cannabis Cooking Recipes was a simple yet versatile Herbed Cannabis Butter. I was messing around in the kitchen one day, while doing recipe creation for other companies, and I had this recipe kicking around in my head and figured all of Lift’s readers would love a recipe like this. So I contacted Lift and asked them if they wanted to run such a feature, and well, here it is 🙂
Our fourth recipe was Goats Cheese and Chive Mashed Potato. The fun about this one is that we provide a great side dish that will help fancy up any meal. No one wants to spend hours on a side dish, so we created a nice and simple dish to help “WOW” your friends and family.
We will be bringing you more and more recipes with Lift and through The Wellness Soldier website.
