Sundried Tomato Pesto with Mettrum Originals Hemp Seeds

sundried tomato pesto

You might think that making a sundried tomato pesto is hard but it’s the easiest thing ever.  All you need to do is throw all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until ingredients are incorporated.  How easy is that?

This pesto is very versatile and you can use this recipe with pasta, gnocchi, chicken, white fish, or just spread on bread.  You can also use this pesto as a marinade for meats and seafood!!  Infusing meats with this amazing pesto will give you the flavor and culinary edge you’ve been searching for.

If your sundried tomatoes are too dry or very tough, as they are most of the time, you can soak them in hot water prior to adding them to the food processor (remembering to drain the water before adding).

We have used Mettrum Originals products in the past including our Morning Power Muffins and while we were making our Wellness Peace’s during the Lift Cannabis Expo, Cannabis Life Conference, and Hempfest in 2017.  Mettrum Originals also gave us tons of samples to hand out at the expo’s and people just ate them up, literally.  We gave out hundreds of samples of hemp seeds and other delicious MO products.  The picture below is me at Lift Expo Toronto making our Wellness Peace’s with MO hemp seeds.
