FECO Infused MCT Oil
Today you’ll be learning how-to make FECO Infused MCT Oil using the sous vide technology. Then show you how to use the FECO Infused MCT Oil in a super simple Chili Yogurt Dip. We are using sous vide technology for this infusion but ultimately you can use the mason jar and add it to a 200F oven as well.
FECO is one of the best extracts for those seeking relief using cannabis. The highly concentrated extract has been shown to help many Veterans and patients with a variety of ailments. Often only needing a grain sized dose for full day relief. FECO can also be mixed into a carrier oil for easier use when cooking with it. The lasting effects can be felt for anywhere from 5-8 hours.
Working with FECO
Working with FECO can be a little difficult as it is highly concentrated and the viscosity can be that of cold caramel. As you only need a grain sized portion to feel the effects, adding it to recipes can be difficult as a small smudge on the side of the pan may not mix in properly. Diluting it into a carrier oil such as MCT can help you add your FECO to recipes easier. It may seem redundant to concentrate your cannabis oil just to dilute it again, but you may have also not made it yourself. You may have gotten it from a retailer and don’t really know what to do with it or how to cook with it.
To make the infused MCT Oil you’ll need to add your amount of FECO to your MCT oil in a mason jar. Place mason jar in a 200F oven or sous vide bath for 1.5-2 hours, to ensure full infusion….DONE. Once it’s finished in the water bath/oven, there is no straining and it will be ready for use right away. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 4-6 months. If you notice the FECO starting to settle on the bottom, even after infusion, simply heat it back up and it will re-incorporate into your medium.

Chili Yogurt Dip
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (5%)
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- FECO Infused MCT Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Serve, Eat Well, Be Happy
