Welcome to The Wellness Soldier’s introduction to meditation video series. Our first episode begins with an introduction to meditation. We are joined by Manali Haridas from Zen For You, which is located in Ottawa.
In this video you get a basic understanding of the breathing technique used in meditation. You will follow along with Manali as she guides you through the introduction to meditation. You don’t jump right into meditation, you will be introduced to the concept of remaining still for five minutes lol.
