Pumpkin Spice French Toast w/ Whipped Pumpkin Butter
Today in the kitchen we are creating Pumpkin Spice French Toast with Cannabis Infused Whipped Pumpkin Butter. Pumpkin spice season gets people in a great mood, fall is in the air, it’s not winter yet, and the stress of Christmas hasn’t hit yet either. We wanted to step away from drinks and create a cannabis recipe which you can use all year round.
French toast is one of our favourite breakfast items. You can make it as plain ole french toast, in a waffle press (Such as the Waffleye), or a french toast bake if you have a crowd. Choose your favorite bread -brioche, white, Italian, French, or whole wheat and serve with our Cannabis Infused Syrup for a tasty French toast recipe.
There is nothing better than a thick piece of bread dipped in eggy, creamy, cinnamony goodness and pan fried to golden brown perfection. Then topped with infused pumpkin butter and some cannabis infused maple syrup to create a decadent and rich breakfast recipe.

Pumpkin Spice French Toast:
- 4 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Cannabis Infused Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Your Choice of Bread
- In a medium sized bowl add all ingredients (except the bread) to a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Whipped Pumpkin Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cannabis Butter
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- in a food processor add all ingredients and blend until well incorporated
- Top your pumpkin spice french toast with your whipped pumpkin butter, and
- Eat Well & Be Happy
